Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is hiring Order Pickers to support high-volume distribution operations for our client partners. Successful candidates will ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities
Pick customer and store orders accurately using RF scanners, pick lists, or warehouse systems
Locate and retrieve merchandise from designated warehouse locations
Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy
Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work setting
Meet productivity and accuracy targets
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Qualifications
Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is an asset
RF scanner experience is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move boxes safely
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation is an asset

Shift Information
Shifts available include days and afternoons.
