Encore Global in Calgary seeks a Technical Supervisor to lead the in office AV team, ensuring smooth event setup, operation and breakdown while delivering outstanding customer service.
You will mentor technicians, coordinate daily floor activities, and collaborate with hotel partners. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3–5 years in AV/ hospitality is expected.
This role requires flexibility for irregular hours, on-call status, and travel to multiple venues.
