You will report to the Rentals Lead Supervisor and ensure patrons receive the best skiing experience, offering comfort and safety through precise adjustments. Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust bindings to ensure a protected fit for guests
• Prepare rental forms accurately and efficiently
• Give special attention to first-time users




• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in rental zones
• Become knowledgeable about mountain activities and promotions
Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs over short distances
• Sustain physical effort for full working hours
• Excellent communication and friendly attitude required
• Must be available for busy holiday times
• Certification as a HEAD/Tyrolia technician is beneficial
