In this full time role, you'll provide leadership for Navigation and Individualized Funding Services. You’ll ensure high-quality service delivery while collaborating with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for optimum team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction for Navigation and Funding Services
• Mentor Managers overseeing Navigators and operational teams
• Develop training programs for staff in evolving settings




• Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Manage the integration of telephony and CRM systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health or social sciences
• 7+ years in leadership in a healthcare or human-services setting
• Experience managing performance metrics and budgets
• Proficient in stakeholder management and building trust
• Bilingualism is an asset
