Working under the Residential & Recovery Team Leader, you will assess and implement care plans, utilizing your knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation and psychiatric medications effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on patient assessments and care planning
- Implement individualized care strategies
- Administer and observe medication effects
- Involve families in care discussions
- Provide continuous support during client interactions Requirements:
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Completion of necessary nursing courses
- Minimum three years' experience in mental health care
- Class V BC Driver's License required
