Reporting to the D365 Consultant Manager, and a key member of the Microsoft team, the Senior ERP Logistics Consultant plays a strategic role in supporting our clients in optimizing their logistics processes. You will lead high-value ERP implementation projects, transforming business needs into concrete and high-performing functional solutions.

As a recognized expert in logistics on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;, you will leverage your expertise to model, configure, and deploy innovative solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and client growth. Your contribution will be direct and tangible, from initial analysis to production, ensuring technological alignment with strategic objectives.

Your mission consists of

Business Knowledge & Functional Expertise

- Thoroughly analyze client business needs and translate them into robust functional solutions within D365 F&O;, particularly for Warehouse Management (WMS), inventory management, purchasing, sales, and distribution.
- Maintain constant technological watch on developments in the D365 F&O; Supply Chain module to propose cutting-edge cutting-edge solutions.

Operational Excellence & Project Management

- Intervene in all phases of ERP project lifecycles, from scoping to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring the achievement of quality and performance objectives.
- Develop rigorous functional documentation (specifications, test scenarios, user guides) and configure modules for maximum optimization.
- Mentor junior consultants, share internal best practices, and actively contribute to the collective skill development of the team.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other D365 F&O; modules (finance, production).

Communication & Client Relations

- Facilitate client workshops, provide strategic advice, and guide clients in their technological and organizational choices.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout projects.

Se rapportant au Gestionnaire, conseiller D365, et membre clé de l'équipe Microsoft, le/la Consultant(e) Sénior ERP joue un rôle stratégique dans l'accompagnement de nos clients vers l'optimisation de leurs processus logistiques. Vous dirigerez des projets d'implantation ERP à forte valeur ajoutée, en transformant les besoins d'affaires en solutions fonctionnelles concrètes et performantes.

En tant qu'expert(e) reconnu(e) en logistique sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;, vous mettrez à profit votre savoir-faire pour modéliser, configurer et déployer des solutions innovantes, assurant l'efficacité opérationnelle et la croissance de nos clients. Votre contribution sera directe et tangible, de l'analyse initiale à la mise en production, garantissant l'alignement technologique avec les objectifs stratégiques.

Votre mission consiste à :

Connaissance métier & Expertise fonctionnelle

- Analyser en profondeur les besoins d'affaires des clients et les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles robustes dans D365 F&O;, notamment pour la gestion des entrepôts (WMS), des stocks, des achats, des ventes et de la distribution.
- Assurer une veille technologique constante sur les évolutions du module Supply Chain de D365 F&O; pour proposer des solutions à la pointe de l'innovation.

Excellence Opérationnelle & Gestion de projet

- Intervenir sur toutes les phases du cycle de vie des projets ERP, du cadrage à la mise en service et au support post-implantation, en garantissant l'atteinte des objectifs de qualité et de performance.
- Élaborer une documentation fonctionnelle rigoureuse (cahiers des charges, scénarios de test, guides utilisateurs) et paramétrer les modules pour une optimisation maximale.

- Partage des connaissances & Encadrement
- Encadrer les consultants juniors,



partager les meilleures pratiques internes et contribuer activement au développement des compétences collectives de l'équipe.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques pour garantir l'intégration fluide des solutions avec les autres modules D365 F&O; (finance, production).

Communication & Relations clients

- Animer des ateliers clients, fournir des conseils stratégiques et guider les clients dans leurs choix technologiques et organisationnels.

Qualifications

Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, ingénierie, systèmes d’information ou domaine équivalent.

10 ans d’expérience en implantation ERP, avec plusieurs projets d'implantation complète.

Solide expertise des processus logistiques incluant le WMS, la gestion des commandes, les achats/ventes et l'inventaire.

Expérience confirmée dans la direction ou la contribution majeure à des cycles complets de projets ERP.

Capacité à encadrer et à guider les clients dans leurs décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles.

Communication: Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems
