Reporting to the Senior Manager, Event Services, this role provides a full range of guest and business-related services to staff, contractors, in-house suppliers, guests, clients, and event attendees.
Key duties include handling service requests, billing tasks, responding to inquiries, operating switchboard, and assisting with event support.
