Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and system requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, applications, and user accounts.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT systems and applications.
- Document system configurations, procedures, incidents, and solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide training or guidance to end users.




- Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and change-management processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, access management, backup, and data-protection principles.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, or project-management practices.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, or AWS are an advantage.
