Education: Secondary school

Work Experience: 3 years in the food preparation or 1 year of food service supervisor experience

Job Duties
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies




Ensure food service and quality control
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Establish work schedules

Job Requirements
Verbal and written communication skills to assist in the day-to-day operations within the
Must be punctual and reliable
Solid personal hygiene is required.
Solid client focus and must have excellent customer dealing skills.
Must be a team player.

From 9 am to 4 pm
