GroupFractal is looking for a creative, disciplined SEO Lead who can turn strategy into measurable organic growth.

In this fully remote role, you’ll collaborate with our team while independently developing cutting-edge ways to improve rankings, qualified organic traffic, conversions, and other key performance indicators. You’ll help advance our SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies in a rapidly changing search environment.

Required qualifications:

- 5+ years of SEO experience with a Canadian or U.S. agency; or
- 5+ years of experience on a dedicated SEO team in an SEO Lead role
- Strong technical, on-page, content, and analytical SEO expertise
- Practical experience with AEO and GEO
- Robust AI fluency, including the effective use of AI tools in SEO research, workflows, analysis, and content strategy
- A proven record of improving organic KPIs through data-informed strategies
- Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills




- The discipline to work independently and the collaborative mindset to succeed within a remote team

Additional assets:

- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Project management experience
- Experience introducing innovative SEO processes, tools, or testing frameworks
