As a Host at Fit4Less, you will ensure the club maintains a high standard of cleanliness and safety. You will provide essential information to members, assist with their wellness journey, and remind everyone to contribute to a clean workplace. Your role not only improves the club's image but also enhances member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cleanliness checks in the club
• Assist members with questions about their memberships
• Promote services and amenities within Fit4Less
• Report cleanliness deficiencies to the management
• Support a friendly, respectful workplace culture
Requirements:
• High School diploma or working towards it
• One year of relevant team experience
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Certification in WHMIS and First Aid/AED preferred
• Ability to manage stressful situations calmly
