Join Shannex as a compassionate Registered Dietitian – Food Services Manager in Miramichi, Recent Brunswick. Oversee meal prep, dietary staff, and enhance resident health through tailored nutrition. This part time (0.8 FTE) role involves managing food services at Bridgeview and Losier Hall.

You will be key in developing menus, assessing residents’ nutritional needs, and conducting educational sessions on dietary topics. Your leadership will ensure adherence to food safety standards and improve quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise food service operations across two facilities
Develop and assess therapeutic menus for residents
Manage special dietary needs and texture modifications
Conduct nutrition assessments on admission and semi-annually
Facilitate nutrition education sessions for staff and clients Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition
Membership in a qualified association
Basic Food Safety Training certification
Excellent organizational and communication skills
