Must be willing to travel to visit Agency daycare locations in Peel Region.

Does not require sponsorship or LMIA/ONIP support
Degree in Early Childhood Education
Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE)
5 years of experience working in a childcare setting
Robust demonstrated ECE knowledge
Knowledge of developing and implementing age-appropriate activities for children from infant to kindergarten age
Teamwork Skills
Communication skills, ability to express self well, confident
Mentoring/Coaching – the ability to give feedback constructively
Interpersonal skills – can interact with others in an encouraging way and can work in a team
Organizational skills – very detailed, has methods to stay organized
