Requirements
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Global logistics industry knowledge
Able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN (until at least the end of December 2024, preferably longer)
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Shift
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
