As a Security Supervisor, you will manage security operations at a distinguished commercial site, monitor security systems, and ensure all standard protocols are followed. You'll be responsible for training staff, maintaining safety standards, and engaging in employee performance reviews, contributing to a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure readiness of security/emergency systems
• Manage access requests and compliance
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and documentation
• Conduct training programs for current hires
• Lead Occupational Health & Safety meetings

Requirements:
• Hold a valid Alberta Security Worker License
• Minimum 2 years in supervision or management
• 5+ years in security roles
• First Aid certification required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
