A minimum of five years of HR experience is required, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Your efforts will focus on talent retention, employee relations, and ensuring DLF’s values of respect and integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner on strategies for People & Culture
- Act as advisor on employee performance and planning
- Lead recruitment and talent integration efforts
- Facilitate workplace investigations and conflict management
- Oversee HRIS systems and compliance initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Robust knowledge of Canadian labor laws
- Proven skills in workplace investigations
