Become a vital team member as a Custodian for Plant Services at RCCDSB. This full-time role is focused on ensuring cleanliness and readiness across school facilities in a diverse community setting. Reporting to the Manager of Plant Services, you will play an essential part in maintaining all aspects of cleanliness in numerous schools and administration buildings. Tasks include effective cleaning techniques, inventory management of supplies, as well as compliance with safety regulations.

Experience in custodial services allows you to fulfill needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness in classrooms and administration offices
- Conduct regular safety inspections and weather preparation
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations




- Assist in setup for school events and after-hours security
- Keep records of maintenance and cleaning activities Requirements:
- Successful completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma
- Minimum of one year in custodial experience required
- Strong ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Proven communication skills with various stakeholders
