## Customer Service - SeasonalApply: Calgary, AB: Part time: Posted Today: End Date: October 16, 2026 (29 days left to apply): R267622Summary:Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service when answering customer calls to process orders, answer general customer inquiries and customer complaints in an inbound customer service center.Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner* Provide a legendary experience for every customer and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs* Use current Point-of-Sale (POS) and Inventory (SAP) systems to accurately and appropriately complete customer transactions following all policies including those requiring checking for identification and age requirements; knowledge of how to process debit, credit cards, etc* Respond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope* Assist asset protection in following all procedures and policies, including: checking inside products, checking for price switches,
