Sign FX is a custom signage fabrication and installation company serving major general contractors, institutional clients, and multi-location brands across Canada. We're consolidating into a new 16,000 sq. ft. production facility in Carleton Place and bringing our exterior fabrication fully in-house — and we need a hands-on production leader to run the floor.

What you'll do
Supervise the production team, including scheduling and performance reviews
Sequence jobs and manage production timelines across the shop
Handle manufacturing purchasing and supplier relationships
Drive LEAN practices, shop organization, and equipment maintenance
Own QC and defect tracking so problems get caught before jobs ship
Track capacity, manufacturing orders, and BOM accuracy in Odoo, and keep Odoo data current
Set the quality bar for manufacturing orders before they hit the floor

What you bring
5+ years managing a production/manufacturing floor, ideally in signage, print, or fabrication




Experience leading a multi-discipline team, including performance reviews
Comfort with ERP/scheduling systems (Odoo an asset)
A safety-first mindset and solid organizational instinctson skills to coordinate across departments and ensure alignment on goals

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
