Drive IT operations for the Sustainable Forestry Initiative as the Technology Support and Infrastructure Manager in a hybrid capacity from Washington, DC or Ottawa. Focus on technology advancement and user education.

In this full time role, you will manage all aspects of technology infrastructure and provide educational support across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Operations, your leadership will ensure a secure and efficient IT workplace promoting SFI’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design and compliance of IT infrastructure
• Coordinate staff training on optimal technology use
• Collaborate with external helpdesk to support users
• Oversee IT procurement and vendor relationships
• Monitor security threats and maintain data protection

Requirements:
• Five years of progressive IT experience, two in management
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft systems and networking
• Experience in privacy and cybersecurity compliance
• Solid customer service and IT management skills
