This role is pivotal to managing production associates while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your expertise in material management systems will be key to engaging your team and streamlining operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide a team of up to 35 employees
Monitor production schedules to meet targets
Utilize material management systems for inventory tracking
Coordinate with engineering teams for design support
Facilitate team discussions for issue resolution Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of management experience
Solid safety awareness and communication skills
Proven leadership on the production floor
Experience with Microsoft Office tools
A diploma in a relevant field is advantageous Lead production efforts and promote a culture of safety and efficiency at HPS’s manufacturing hub.
