Join Purolator as a Process Engineering Lead to enhance efficiency and compliance in logistics. This role focuses on process evaluation, performance excellence, and leadership within the First and Last Mile operations. In this position, you will report to the National Manager of Deployment & Integration.

With at least four years of experience in logistics, you will spearhead the evaluation and optimization of operational processes and technologies. This role involves meeting with operations managers and implementing best practices for process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate evaluations of operational processes and technology
Lead training and support for system upgrades
Document processes and standard operating procedures
Conduct lessons learned exercises for continuous improvement
Communicate status updates on project tasks to stakeholders Requirements:
4+ years of relevant logistics experience
Industrial Engineering degree preferred
Competency in advanced technical skills
Solid problem-solving and project management abilities
