This permanent part-time role involves preparing meals for groups of children and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. At VSOCC, you'll engage with a supportive team while following pre-set menus and enhancing the meal experience for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals for 35 to 60 children per service
• Clean and sanitize kitchen dishes and equipment
• Follow recipes and adjust portions as needed
• Order and maintain an efficient food inventory
• Organize kitchen and work areas for safety
Requirements:
• Valid Food Safe Certification 1
• High school diploma
• Clear criminal record check
• Basic First Aid Certification
• Experience in cooking for children preferred
