As a Youth Drop-In Coordinator, you will supervise and interact with youth, building strong relationships and facilitating engaging activities. Working Thursday through Saturday evenings, your role requires a friendly yet authoritative approach, providing guidance and adherence to center rules. You’ll also assist in setup and cleanup while recording participant attendance.

Requirements:
• Reliable and approachable with youth
• Experience in youth engagement through various roles
• Solid judgment and conflict resolution skills
• Availability for evening shifts on a rotating schedule
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
