This role demands solid knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and the ability to analyze payroll data for actionable insights. You will act as the key contact for payroll matters and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve payroll processes and support workforce planning. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate payroll processes for monthly salaried employees
Analyze payroll data to identify trends and opportunities
Develop reports and dashboards for HR leaders
Ensure compliance with expatriate payroll and tax requirements
Partner with HR and Finance on organizational efficiency Requirements:
