Our client, a growing Canadian transportation and logistics organization, is looking for a National Business Development Manager to drive current business growth across Canada.

This is a true hunter role for an experienced transportation sales skilled who knows how to open doors, build a pipeline, and win profitable accounts. You’ll have the flexibility to pursue opportunities nationally and build a book of business with significant earning potential.

What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across Canada
Build relationships with key decision-makers in transportation, logistics, supply chain, and distribution
Develop a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
Sell customized transportation and logistics solutions based on customer needs
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation and close
Work closely with operations to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer relationships




Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic opportunities for growth
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets

What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience within transportation, freight, logistics, 3PL, courier, or related services
Strong track record of new business development and hunting
Existing industry relationships and a strong understanding of the Canadian transportation market
Comfortable prospecting and building a territory from the ground up
Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and driven by results and earning potential
