We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to fill a part time receptionist role every Saturday (1:00PM - 7:30PM) at our massage therapy clinic. Punctuality and dependability are very significant.
Duties
Greet and check in/out clients
Answer phones and book appointments
Submitting Insurance Claims
Do light cleaning and laundry
Support staff with basic tasks
Requirements:
Friendly and qualified
Very reliable and punctual
Positive organizational skills
Previous experience is a plus but not required
