We're looking for Seasonal Guest Experience Representatives in Newmarket, Ontario, who are enthusiastic about enhancing customer interactions. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the mall's offerings and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and teams. Flexible availability, particularly on weekends, is a must to adapt to our operational hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance guest experiences through outstanding customer service
• Stay updated on shopping centre services and events
• Assist with inquiries and provide accurate directions




• Actively sell the Upper Canada Gift Card PLUS
• Help maintain promotional item inventory effectively
Requirements:
• High School diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Prior customer service experience is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with professionalism
• Computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and social media
