Job Overview

Top-Tier Painting is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial painting and possess excellent communication skills. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for restoring and enhancing surfaces, and enjoy working with hand tools, we want to hear from you.

Duties Include
Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, filling and sanding them

-Applying paint, varnish, stain or other coatings using brushes and rollers finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
Communicate effectively with team members and clients ensuring satisfaction

-Following safety guidelines and using protective gear when required

-Maintaining a clean and organized work area

-Must be comfortable working on ladders and/or scaffolding to reach high areas




Utilize time management skills to meet project deadlines

Qualifications
A minimum 5 years of experience in residential painting is required
Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in painting projects
Knowledge of drywall repair techniques is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Must have a valid drivers license and reliable mode of transportation to travel to job sites located within Newmarket, Aurora and the surrounding GTA.

-Working at heights certified

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
