Role: DevOps Support

Employment: Full Time

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 Days/Week

We are seeking a Full Time DevOps Support professional with strong experience in application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, production support, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will support development and operations teams while driving reliability and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

- Support application deployments, releases, hotfixes, and production implementations
- Monitor application, server, and infrastructure health
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and reduce MTTR
- Automate operational tasks, validation checks, and routine support activities
- Provide DevTools and CI/CD pipeline support to development and operations teams
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and release management teams
- Maintain operational documentation, knowledge repositories, and onboarding materials
- Support monitoring, patching,



certificate renewals, and platform maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, reliability, and operational excellence
- Troubleshoot cloud virtual machines across OpenStack, Cloudify, AWS, Azure, Bluemix, and Google Cloud
- Support cloud infrastructure provisioning automation and scripting
- Deliver changes across development, test, and production environments

Required Skills

- Robust DevOps and production support experience
- Hands-on CI/CD and cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong Bash, Python, PowerShell, and YAML scripting skills
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
- Experience with OpenStack and Cloudify is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills
- Experience supporting production deployments and releases
