Focus on enhancing the well-being of residents through tailored nutritional strategies. As a full-time Dietitian, you’ll work in Kitchener and Cambridge, maintaining a monthly minimum of 30 minutes per resident.

Your expertise will guide nutritional assessments, dietary modifications, and health education for residents and families, while collaborating with a dynamic health care team. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate residents’ nutrition and hydration
- Complete timely assessments and assist during admissions
- Develop and adapt nutrition care plans collaboratively
- Lead training sessions for dietary staff
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- At least two years of experience in long term care
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
