SWIM seeks a dynamic Director, Accounting to lead the corporate accounting function at its Vancouver headquarters. The role oversees managers who supervise teams in accounting, including AP and AR, and collaborates closely with tax, FP&A;, treasury, and risk management to drive optimal financial operations.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in accounting and finance, CPA designation, and proven ability to mentor leaders in a multinational workplace. Manufacturing/retail exposure is a plus.
