In this role, you will focus on formulating nutrition care plans for patients facing challenges such as undernutrition, feeding disorders, and obesity.

You will also educate both patients and their families, fostering a supportive community for nutritional health. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving patient experiences and outcomes at our state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities:
Complete nutritional assessments for pediatric patients
Develop and implement care plans for various conditions
Provide teaching and counseling to clients
Assist in educational program development
Conduct clinical supervision of dietetic students Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food and Nutrition
Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
2+ years’ experience in Pediatric Nutrition
NICU experience required
