This full time permanent position requires a solid leader with at least five years of experience in high-pressure boiler operations, preferably in a pulp mill. You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while monitoring operational processes to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
Monitor processes and maintain environmental compliance
Train and mentor crew members for operational excellence
Manage attendance and administrative functions
Investigate incidents and document corrective actions Requirements:
Valid Inter-provincial or Second Class Power Engineer Certificate
Five years of experience with high-pressure boilers
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
