You’ll work as part of a dedicated healthcare team, providing direct services, assessments, and consultations. Robust clinical reasoning, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, is essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients and develop individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with teams for effective treatment execution
Provide client and family education throughout rehabilitation
Participate in continuous quality improvement projects
Provide clinical supervision to therapy aides Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Registration with ACOT
Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
