Lead the City of Orillia as the Manager of Capital Programs, overseeing vital projects that enhance community facilities.

Manage facility-related capital program projects
Develop long-range planning for facilities and parks




Liaise with external consultants and internal departments
Ensure project standards are met on schedule and budget
Lead facility investigations and emergency response Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, or similar
At least five years’ experience in municipal settings
Three years of management in a unionized context
Proficiency in MS Office applications
