We're Hiring: Pharmacist Manager / Designated Manager | Mississauga, ON
Danton Pharmacy Mississauga is looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager / Designated Manager (DM) to lead our community pharmacy team.
This is a permanent full-time position for an experienced community pharmacist who is ready to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and qualified leadership of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the pharmacy's Designated Manager
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations
Staff supervision and scheduling
Inventory management and purchasing
Maintain OCP standards and regulatory compliance
Oversee narcotic and controlled-drug processes
Prescription dispensing, counselling and medication management
Minor ailments assessment and prescribing
Regular and diabetes-focused MedsChecks
Blister packaging and medication adherence support
Collaborate closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
Maintain a high standard of patient service and pharmacy practice
What We're Looking For
Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Minimum 5 years of community pharmacist experience
Previous Designated Manager experience is not required
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Comfortable managing both the professional and operational responsibilities of a community pharmacy
Patient-focused and interested in collaborative primary care
