Responsibilities
Develop customized training programs tailored for our atheltes
Lead group fitness classes that are energetic, inclusive, and inspiring for diverse participants
Provide explicit instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper exercise technique and safety
Track client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to maximize results
Offer exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and maintaining open communication
Educate clients on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits,



and injury prevention strategies
Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize client engagement and ensure timely sessions

Requirements
Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor with relevant certifications Bachelor of Kinesiology Preferred (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent), CPR, Child Abuse and Vulnerable Sector Screen, Criminial Record Check
Fluency in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Solid teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and provide constructive feedback
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Effective time management skills to balance multiple clients and classes seamlessly
Leadership qualities that foster a positive, energetic atmosphere in all interactions
