The Financial

Controller's responsibilities include managing the accounting department, ensuring compliance, and enhancing internal controls for improved financial practices. Strong leadership and proficiency in financial reporting are key. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all daily accounting activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO procedures
- Validate financial transactions and accounting entries
- Prepare and review comprehensive monthly financials
- Manage petty cash and conduct reconciliations Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
- Professional designation such as CA, CGA, or CMA preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in an accounting supervisory role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
