Role Description The E-commerce Director (part-time, remote) will lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies for StrataG Consulting PK and its clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role will oversee online sales channels, optimize digital storefronts, and manage product listings, pricing, and promotions. The E-commerce Director will analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to increase conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities include prioritizing and managing e-commerce projects, guiding implementation timelines, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role also involves advising clients on best practices, monitoring market trends, and recommending improvements to customer experience and online operations.

Qualifications

- Robust E-Commerce experience, including managing online sales channels, digital storefronts, and product catalog optimization.
- Proven Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to drive online revenue, plan campaigns,



and support customer acquisition and retention.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Solid Project Management experience to plan, prioritize, and deliver e-commerce initiatives on time and within scope.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with common e-commerce platforms, digital analytics tools, and online payment solutions; experience with marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications or equivalent experience are valued.
