We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Advisor to join our team with commercial insurance as your focus. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. Duties
Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
Market and promote insurance products to potential customers
Analyze clients' current insurance policies and coverage to identify any gaps or opportunities for improvement
Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms and premiums on behalf of clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency's database
Stay informed about industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings

Qualifications
Level 2 insurance license(required)




Minimum 3 years of previous commercial insurance sales
Robust customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable to meet business owners
Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of insurance software systems
