With your knowledge of child development, you will create a vibrant, structured learning workplace that enhances problem-solving, communication, and emotional skills. Collaborate effectively with Assistant Teachers to ensure continuity of care and an engaging classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Implement daily routines and structured lesson plans
Create an environment that encourages curiosity and independence
Supervise and support child development in daily interactions

Participate in team planning and mentorship sessions Requirements:
ECE Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Provincial ECE Certification required
