Your role will involve legal analysis and representation in the utility sector. As a Legal Counsel reporting to the General Counsel, you will engage in vital legal support for regulating electricity and gas pipelines.

Provide legal support on Commission-related issues
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

Engage in questioning during oral hearings
Assist in developing Commission Rules and Bulletins Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree with a minimum of four years in relevant fields
Must hold Law Society of Alberta membership
Preferred litigation experience before courts
Excellent writing and analytical capabilities
