Working as a Fanmod Leadhand from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, you will play a critical role in guiding daily production efforts.

Your hands-on leadership will involve coaching team members, assigning tasks based on individual strengths, and ensuring alignment with safety policies. Strive for continuous improvement in workflow and product quality. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support Fanmod team members daily
Allocate tasks according to production priorities
