Make a meaningful impact as an HR Systems Analyst at WSIB, working to enhance HR systems in a full time role tailored for in-office collaboration. Your contributions will support the health and safety of Ontario's workforce. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical skills to address client needs, improve HR system efficiency, and promote technology best practices.

You will be the go-to expert for HR systems, coordinating enhancements, conducting quality management, and ensuring user satisfaction. This temporary role extends up to seven months, requiring attendance in the office up to five days per week starting in 2027. Key Responsibilities:
Forge improvements in HR business systems
Maintain administration and security of HR systems




Lead quality management and testing initiatives
Empower users through best practices and training
Act as the IT liaison for HR system requirements Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or IT needed
3+ years of relevant HR systems experience
Preferred experience with Oracle HCM systems
Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and IT standards
Excellent communication and analytical skills Utilize your HR expertise to help WSIB enhance the systems that support its mission.
