- Facilitate community meetings addressing patient concerns
- Conduct routine rounds and ensure safety
- Support emotional regulation for patients in distress
- Assist with clerical tasks and housekeeping duties
- Participate in in-service workshops for professional development Requirements:
- Certificate from a Health Care Worker program or related field
- Background in trauma-informed care advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clear background check
