As a Shelter Support Worker, you'll implement Housing First Principles in a trauma-informed manner. Your expertise in homelessness-related issues will be key in fostering a safe community and ensuring clients receive the support they require. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer emergency shelter support to clients in need
- Support clients using a person-centered approach
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Manage and document a personal caseload
- Collaborate on developing individualized counseling strategies Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Experience with vulnerable populations is essential
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Valid CPR certification is mandatory
