Serve as a Host at Fit4Less and be the friendly face of our fitness center. Your role will involve customer engagement and maintaining a spotless workout environment.
As a Host, your primary focus will be on customer service excellence and ensuring the cleanliness of the Fit4Less gym. This position requires communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with members and resolving their concerns. You will be integral to maintaining the club's atmosphere and upholding Fit4Less standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleanliness checks and tasks regularly
• Engage with members and respond to inquiries
• Educate guests on membership options and amenities
• Notify management of any maintenance issues
• Contribute to a supportive, clean setting
Requirements:
• High School diploma or currently pursuing
• 1 year of relevant experience in service roles
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Ability to manage stress and workload effectively
