As a key member of I.M.P.’s legal team, you will collaborate with experienced lawyers while supporting organizational needs in sectors like aerospace, healthcare, and technology.

Responsibilities include advising on corporate/commercial law, compliance, and labour matters. This role provides valuable exposure within a prominent and diversified company, employing over 3,000 individuals nationwide. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver legal support for diverse business sectors
Guide corporate strategy and compliance initiatives
Advise on labour and employment legal issues
Collaborate with internal teams to solve legal problems
Participate in multifaceted legal projects within the company Requirements:
Member of or eligible for Nova Scotia Barristers' Society
Minimum four years’ legal experience required
Robust analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
