As the HR Business Partner, you will enhance employee lifecycle processes in Paycor while ensuring adherence to HR compliance and employee relations.

Administer employee lifecycle in Paycor system
Coach leaders on company policies and best practices
Implement AI tools for HR process improvement
Conduct workplace investigations and resolve issues
Support safety initiatives within the organization Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in HR generalist or partner roles
Bachelor's degree or relevant HR credential preferred
Extensive experience with Paycor HRIS
Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
